Ludaro Shark-Bait [STANDALONE] [FREE]

Hello Dear CFX-Viewer! today im releasing one of my side Projects…

Ludaro-Shark-Bait!

What does it do??

It spawns a shark when you are in deep water, (how deep can be configured in the config.lua) this is to prevent people from just swimming into the ocean to get to cayo perico or other places they shouldnt go, the deep water is dangerous people!

Its free on my Github if you want to grab it :slight_smile:

i will keep updating it gradually, and ur free to fork (fork means make your own version) and to submit Issues in Github!

does it attack npcs as well or just players?

and it seems working with animals has paid off after all… :rofl:

the animals keep making my life busy …

but it just attacks players, but npcs would also be a thing thats easy to do. :slight_smile: but wouldnt mean much, because npcs dont wander off into ocean. i actually found out that npcs hate water, except u tell them to like it.

I have noticed they swim at “the beach” and thought it would be a bit of fun to have a shark around there.

Just like in real life, sharks get the munchies at times :rofl:

Nice script, thx for your share. But i found a bug. If you fell in the water, maybe from a boat, the shark spawns in. If you climb back aboard and drive away, after the attack-timer the cinematic comes up and the shark kills you.

Awesome! Thank you for sharing, this shouldnt be happening because for it to be attacking you you must be

A) Swimming (which you arent in a boat)
B) Deep into the ocean

but ill look into it :slight_smile:

it would also be cool if you could set zones where he doesn’t spawn, because we have a treaser hunter job where you search the ocean for treasures.

Deleted it but i think i know what he meant.
If you type shark in the forum there is a diving script that comes near to it.

yeah but diving isnt the same as my script, my script isnt a diving script, its made to keep people away from deep water, and this isnt stealing but lets end the discussion here, its fine :slight_smile:

Hello this feature is added now! look onto github :slight_smile: you can configure zones where the shark wont attack you, (distance based)

Hi love the script! Is it also possible to enter the coords of the respawn location? As for example I do not have the island but would love to add this feature. It’d be a problem if the people are close to the island for example and get spawned there with no way back.
