LS METRO by deep

What it does

  • Creates two metro trains that travel in opposite directions around Los Santos
  • Trains are synced across all clients (OneSync Infinity supported)
  • Trains are stopping at all stations
  • Players can interact with the trains to sit down (By pressing E close to a seat)
  • Remembers the last coordinates and respawns it if something went wrong (currently forgets after resource or server restart)

A great addition to any server. Allows for more realistic roleplay situations and increases the possibilities for players to have fun.

  • Average 0.04 while in a metro

Multiple attempts have been taken at recreating the metro (or similar), and to my knowledge, they have failed in some way. My vision for this resource is to make it meet the requirements that a community might want or need for their roleplay or other activities, I would appreciate comments about any suggestions you may have and reports of any issues.

This resource is being released at an earlier stage in its development but currently covers most of the needs for a resource of its type, and needs more use from players other than myself and friends to give me feedback so it can be further improved.

i think for 35 euros plus it at least needs a preview? how many people have you tested this with in a live server? have you checked that the train doesn’t just despawn or freeze when whichever client controlling it on the network loses ownership or goes out of scope?

Yes, I have checked for every possible thing that could go wrong with this resource and I corrected them.
If you buy the resource and something goes wrong or any of your concerns turn out to be right then you can message me and I can promise you that I’ll fix it.

Thats good to hear, Yeah i will wait for preview, but definitely interested. one thing that i always felt was missing was the use the metro/train system.

Will this actually work on newer server builds (2372, 2612 etc) ? I found anything past build 1604 using a train resource, just results in a crash.

Im interested in how it syncs to all players, not just the first player connected. This is the main issue atm, I can get Trains working prefect on one sync, the issue is after the first player disconnects, it will spawn another set of trains leaving the current. Now we have 4 trains driving into each other.
This repeats and ends up causing a mess.

Id be interested seeing how this performs with a good amount of players in game, on a recent DLC on one sync.
Then id be glad to support purchasing it.

Just to inform everyone It turns out I didn’t have much time also I didn’t have anyone to film the preview with and I can’t make it alone because with two instances it doesn’t really work as it would with 2 players. The preview is coming. I just want to make a good one.

I made a lot of improvements to the sync, it’s now almost perfect the way I see it.

so this is completey sync’d? no extra/ghost trains?

Well, now there’s the carriage bug that would be considered a ghost train? (it doesn’t happen very often). But I know how to fix it just haven’t gotten around to it. (fixed now)
