Basically I have low FPS and sometimes stuttering. I’m averaging about 80 FPS on Lowest Settings and this is not server related I get this much in every server and even in Story Mode.
What have you tried already to fix the issue?
I have enabled Resizable BAR in Bios
I have done clean installation of drivers
I have tried stretched resolution
I tried higher settings or budging the texture budget and distance scaling to every value possible
I have set high performance in my window settings
I have set FiveM to run the max performance in windows settings
I have tried disabling and enabling Fullscreen Optimizations
I have tried enabling and disabling vsync
I have tried different window modes like Fullscreen or Windowed
I set fivem and gta v to run max performance in Intel Graphics Software aswell
I have tried downloading FPS boost packs (slight increase)
What server did you get this issue on?
All servers but to be exact Ghost Military RP and Hulíme PVP
It is not hardware related cuz in GTA V Legacy Story Mode on Low Settings I get max 100 FPS and on Maxed Settings like 60 and then in GTA V Enhanced I get like 100 FPS on Maxed Settings with Ray Tracing without any sampling technology or frame generation and on Low Settings I get like 300-500 FPS
And I know Intel Arc B580 is DirectX 12 Beast and Rookie in DirectX 11 but can the difference be this high? And should I try contacting Intel Support aswell?

I’m not sure what you were expecting in a game that’s over a decade old with an Intel ARC GPU, TBH. There’s really nothing anyone can do here, it’s just not built to run DX11-based games well lol
It’s nothing to do with FiveM as such - the reason the basegame runs well is because it’s old and thus optimized to run on systems over a decade old; even with the very poor DX11 performance of an ARC card you’re still looking at solid FPS simply because the game itself is nowhere near modern-day performance requirements.
Start adding custom assets, though, and you’re in trouble, which is why you can run storymode reasonably fine but have lag issues on FiveM servers.
Again, there’s literally nothing anyone can do about this, aside from Intel for some reason deciding to improve support for an outdated DirectX standard which they obviously won’t do.
I know it has nothing to do with FiveM however forcing the game to run Vulkan fixes it in Story Mode but in FiveM Vulkan is blocked by anticheat so that’s why I said if FiveM can’t implement fix basically allowing users to use Vulkan Rendering Engine.
Hi there, I was able to fix this by Rollbacking my Drivers to the Driver Release in October of 2025, version is “32.0.101.8247 (WHQL Certified)” it basically fixes all the Performance Issues for now, also Intel has identified this issue and will fix it in newer Driver Releases. Happy Roleplaying
