Low fps and lock fps on gtx 1080 ti sli

i have gtx 1080 ti and 7700k and 32gb ram high pc but fivem dosent look good on 4k on defult settings and fhd some can help me to handle this problem for get more fps with high quality on fivem …gta v online is ok but in this drop fps is very high on 40 _60 fps …i want 60 fps fix

Try using the NVIDIA Geforce Experience and optimize GTA 5.
