Hey, i’ve been roleplaying on fivem for about a year and last week all my characters and saved vehicles were deleted from my saved, I then thought I accidentally deleted something so proceeded to make my characters and etc. Everything now deleted for the 2nd time and I’m not sure how fix this problem, someone please help me. I’ve lost all my things and would not like to proceed creating a new character every single week. This problem does not have to do with the server because I’ve been to multiple servers and still dont have any of my saved things.

FiveM has just now deleted itself from my desktop and I’m not sure how. It’s still installed on my pc but I have to go into my files in order to go into it. I was thinking of reinstalling it but it wont even let me uninstall it. I really have no idea what to do and this is really frustrating…

Again, not a FiveM issue. At all.
So, the servers you play on are missing your stuff. Cool.
What have you done recently for it to happen?
Got a new PC?
Put new hardware in your PC?
What the hell do you mean it uninstalled itself but its still in your files, your shortcut has been removed from your desktop?
Make another one then.
Do other people use your PC?
Maybe ask them about how your shortcut went missing.
If the servers you “normally” play on are missing your shit, ask them about it. Because there is litterally nothing anyone here can do for you because everyone else is playing just fine on servers that have been properly configured.
If your hardware has changed, then likely your FiveM ID did too, or you made a cfx account and linked it. If you didn’t have one before, this will change one of your identifiers. So contact the SERVER OWNERS and ask them to update their databases based on your new id.
I could be wrong with the ID thing, but man, you are the source of this issue. No one else.

Why would the server delete all my saved characters and vehicles though?
I have reinstalled it and haven’t played it yet
I haven’t gotten a new PC or done anything to the hardware in it.
It didn’t uninstall itself, it simply just removed the icon from the desktop and I know I can just make another but I just wanted to point it out because it was odd.
No one but myself uses my PC
I’ll speak to someone from the server I normally play on and see if they can help me with the problem

The server wouldn’t have deleted it unless the server is not properly managed. If your identifier has changed, the server wont know who you are to give you your stuff back.
It comes down to how the server owner has manipulated the code and what identifiers are used.
