Mission Statement
The San Andreas Fire Department is a department focused on education, self-development and a place of teaching. We aim to preserve the life and property of citizens of the San Andreas, as well as serving the public in the best ways possible. We are tasked with fire prevention, technical rescue, motor-vehicle accidents, and so much more in our operations. Our Chain of Command is dedicated to giving you the best experience possible as a member of our department. Our training is extensive, covering both classroom teaching and practical training aspects, and with a heavy emphasis in relation to On-The-Job training. Overall, our department is a friendly, happy place, with an extensive and diverse family of people from all around where we encourage all of our members to always try to develop themselves to the best of their ability.

Our Subdivisions!
Our department has many subdivisions within to allow our members to expand their knowledge and allow us to properly handle any situation at hand!
Hazmat Operations
Head - Pending
HAZMAT operators are trained to handle a large variety of different calls ranging in scale and in what material they involve. These operators are highly knowledgeable in hazardous materials isolation, decontamination, and cleanup.
Fire Investigations
Head - Pending
Fire marshals perform responsible work in the Code of Law and San Andreas Fire Code, they serve as peace officers in the State of San Andreas and carry firearms. They search and examine evidence at scenes involving fire, in order to conduct a proper arson investigation.
Wildland Firefighting
Head - [Car 3] B. Ozniak
Wildland firefighting is in place to assist, contain, prevent, and stop wildland fires/brush fires. These firefighters specialize in fighting extremely rural and difficult terrain fires.
Medvac Operations
Head: [CAR 2] Raven R.
The purpose of Medevac is to give life support during transport and to expedite transport to the hospital on critical patients. The goal is to be the fastest and safest form of transport for any patient.
Urban Search and Rescue (USAR)
Head - [CAR 5] Shane F.
The purpose of USAR is to offer a quick, efficient, and safe way to rescue those whom are not within reach of normal ground apparatus. USAR utilizes 2 helicopters, and array of land ops vehicles, the fleet is capable of reaching patients or victims in the roughest weather, land, and sea conditions.
Water Rescue Operations

Water rescue covers multiple crucial areas of rescue within the fire department. These firefighters handle calls ranging for drownings to assisting in port disasters.
