Welcome to Blackout Roleplay. We are a serious, vMenu/DOJ based server. The server has been under development for around 3 months, (with me being the only dev) and we just now are getting ready to launch. With that, we are looking for high ranking staff and department heads to help the server in growing and making sure the process is smooth. But before we do so, we are in need of these ranks:
Server Management
Administrators
LEO Directors (BCSO/SASP/LSPD/SAFD)
Our main goal with this server is to create a serious environment for players that want solid, and quality roleplay within FiveM, while at the same time welcoming veteran players, as well as new players.
Since this isn’t a whitelisted server, we need basic staff, as well as management to make sure the server runs smoothly, with nobody trying to ruin others roleplay or just break rules in general.

Server Management
Requirements:
- Strong understanding of FiveM and experience playing on multiplayer servers
- Experience or familiarity with project management, server management, recruitment, and community building
- Basic knowledge of scripting languages or willingness to learn
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively to proactively solve problems
- Availability to dedicate time for pre-launch activities, including testing and promotion
- Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and responsibilities
- Passion for gaming, especially FiveM
Administrators
Requirements:
- At least 17 years of age
- Knowledge of FiveM and the ability to use server administration tools
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to make quick decisions in high-pressure situations
- Availability to be active, especially during peak periods
- Experience in server administration is preferred but not required
Department Head
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement policies and procedures for the police department
- Hire and train police officers and other department staff
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the department, including patrols, investigations, and emergency response
- Foster positive relationships with players and other members of the community
- Monitor and enforce server rules and regulations, ensuring that all players are treated fairly and with respect
- Collaborate with other server staff to develop and implement new features and gameplay experiences
Requirements:
- At least 18 years of age
- Prior experience in law enforcement or a related field
- Strong leadership skills and the ability to manage a team effectively
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of FiveM and the ability to use server administration tools
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to make quick decisions in high-pressure situations
- Availability to be active, especially during peak period
