Looking for a vehicle radar script to use as a police officer

I was just seeing if anyone has a radar script or can point me in the direction of making one. I have no experience with coding or scripting so I would need step by step instructions.

This one only works if the player jump out of his car while the car is in speed . Not really top notch as you can imagine . Tho Lawenforcementjoker , Kyomini ( author of Cops script) is working on a speed radar . So I guess waiting is your best choice .
