May i ask what type of server are you looking to be dev? There are many different types you can do. You can use a framework such as ESX or can even make your own or you can just go for good old menu base depending really what you would like to have on the server. If your not sure what type you want then feel free to explain what you want and i can give you some suggestions for the type
