Locals report crime script?

Does anybody know of a script that allows local ai to report crimes such as speeding , firing a weapon , assaulting another civ , etc?

For esx, esx_outlawalert maybe

Outlaw alert does shooting, assault and carjacking but you could modify it to report speeding and things.

or for esx: Esx_outtlawalert

i think those are the ones, but the scripts can be improved
