Localhost: stuck at "loading scripts" with a error

I did Following things:

  1. Installed ESX Legacy server (5848)
  2. Created a Databank
  3. finished txadmin installation
  4. Port forward

I started the server and i get this in the console:

[ citizen-server-impl] Server list query returned an error: System.Threading.Tasks.TaskCanceledException: A task was canceled. <- System.TimeoutException: A task was canceled. <- System.Threading.Tasks.TaskCanceledException: The request was canceled due to the configured HttpClient.Timeout of 30 seconds elapsing.

I installed NO scripts nothing just restarted a few times

SOLUTION: I had to do port forwarding
