Localhost Server?

I’d like to know if I can make a localhost server for myself where I can play around like I normally would in MP but where I can cheat in stuff for my character.

Yeah, you can. Just setup the server on your computer (using this tutorial as a guide), open FiveM and click “Localhost” (or “Direct Connect” to “127.0.0.1” or “localhost”)

FiveM is not a GTA:Online replacement.
