Local npc cars are spawning with player owned plates

Hi guys, having a problem here and needing some help.

Cars that are spawning around the city as local/npc vehicles are somehow spawning with player owned license plates, and by doing this if you go into the trunk or the glove box you will see the items stored in those cars.

The players cars are also parked in a garage.

the plates are on player owned cars, and the type of car, the hash, is not the same car.

we use jg garages and dealership script, as well as qb garages for other reasons.

any idea or help here? i have turned off local cars on the density side in qb smallresources for the time being.

if this is something i can’t fix or figure out, i would like to know if there is a way to make it so the cars that are local spawned cars can spawn with a set randomized license plate. what we have noticed is that the cars that are purchased via jg dealership are purchased and registered with a plate sequence of 1AA111AA (1 being numeric and A being alphanumeric). and the default qb core dealership and local cars that this is affecting are all cars with plates that are 11AAA111 format. so if i can change the local spawn plates to some other format, we should be good.
