I’ve tried using a clean installation of GTA V, and reinstalling FiveM. I’ve taken out all my mods and my scripts and plugins. Still the same issue. It’s like loading GTA Online, while my game is frozen and has no textures showing. Very strange.

What’s your PC specs? Is your GTA V running oke itself?

Hey, I got it to work! All I had to do is wait a little bit, lol. It basically loads me into a server, and then loads while my game is frozen in the back and then actually loads me into the server. I think it was Visual V in my citizen folder. Thanks again.
