- Talk to Callers: The Live Dispatch Systems allow’s Dispatchers talk to Callers. When a caller does /911, the Dispatcher can then talk to the caller, and gain information and details about the call. Then that information can be transfered to police units.
- Implementation to Most 911 Systems The system can be implemented into most existing 911 systems with ease. Information about implementation can be found in the resource.
- Integration Capabilities: Seamlessly integrate Ticket Printer with your existing server infrastructure. Whether you’re using popular communication platforms or custom server solutions, our flexible integration options ensure a hassle-free experience.
- Standalone: Live Dispatch System is a standalone system, and only requires Mumble VOIP to be used. We hope to soon add more VOIP systems to use as well.
