I would probably say try installing only one “visual resource” at a time. Other than that try a lighter variant of the pack that you have.
Personally I don’t use NVR but I use a pack that comes in different settings such as:
very dim, dim, bright, very bright etc. I made a post a while back explaining “how to make your lights brighter”
You could also always try different settings in ENB I think that’s what it’s called to see if you can lower the intensity of the visuals.
