Lightbar Broken | Red light stuck

Hello, in the non-els version of the 2016 CHP Mega pack when you turn on the light bar it has the regular pattern but 1 red light is always stuck on. Please if anyone could help

You’d have to edit the carcole.meta file, which I cannot tell you how to do sorry.
