Hi someone who wants me to learn setting up a fivem server just for free please because i wanna be a developer
You can follow the tutorial on the docs to know how to setup a local server on your pc to use for development
I know and thank you for your reaction but i want it from someone who teaches me 
What exactly are you stuck with? the tutorials should teach you enough to make a basic server, assuming you know already something about servers and development.

Do you want someone to do it for you? Or do you want to learn how to make one yourself? That’s a big difference.
I want someone who can learn me how to do it because if you read it from the internet, yeah everybody can do it then but i want to explore more of it
Best way to do this is to read the guides follow them carefully, having someone else “teach” you wont get you far as they will be doing it for you essentially.
Just follow guides as there simple enough and watch some of the videos that are around these forums.
