Launcher launch bug due to incorrect graphics configuration

Hello, can you help me? When I wanted to modify my graphics settings on the server I was playing on, I modified the very first parameter, instead of setting <0> I set <1>. Knowing that I have a 4K screen, I wanted to test whether I could bug less by setting 1920x1080. The game asked me to restart and then I got this bug. Is it possible to fix it?
