Important parts
What is the issue you’re having? The FiveM launcher crashes on startup with either a KERNELBASE.dll exception or CitizenGame.dll error.
What are you trying to do? Launch FiveM, using either the desktop shortcut or the exe file directly
What have you tried already to fix the issue? Reinstalling FiveM, checking file integrity for GTA V, checking Windows files integrity, disabling Microsoft Defender, removing FiveM data folder. The cache xml did not get created.
