Lambda menu Broken/Not working

It all started out yesterday, I was in my Roleplay server and for some reason, my game just froze out of nowhere. I waited for it to come back and when it did my game is just acting wonky all of a sudden. My mini-map was huge and for some reason, I couldn’t open my lambda menu to change my player model. But after about 2 minutes passed my minimap suddenly disappeared and my lambda menu would work. I continued on with what I was doing before but then it happened again. My mini-map went huge and my lambda menu would not work. Nor could I see myself talking in-game. And its been happening on and on. Just keeps cycling through, I restarted my game multiple times, Reinstalled lambda, Reinstalled Five M, Reinstalled Script hook and nothing has worked. It’s getting very annoying. Has anyone had this issue? If so can someone help me, please?
