Which antivirus/firewall software are you using?
Did you try to disable/uninstall your Anti-virus?

Also add what you already tried so far.

I have stable 100 fps but only NUI [f2 menu] lagging.

Try

  • disabling Windows Game Mode
  • playing in windowed mode (not full screen/borderless)
  • placing an “always on top” window above the game, such as a resized task manager

This is a Windows bug where the OS does some odd GPU prioritization that only leads to issues, and can’t be disabled without being SYSTEM user.

Sory i made mistake with my graphic card i have geforce gtx 1050 2gb, i try this what you write and still have this problem, so maybe its cuz i have old graphic card?

Yes, it definitely could be.
Check if the gpu usage is at 100 when it is lagging

yup is around 95-100%

4 gb craphic card should be enough ?

Uhhh, dunno. I’ve got an 6gb and thats fine
