Lag during when fivem sends info to server on where my location is

i7 6700HQ, GTX 970m, 24 gb ddr4
What did you do to get this issue? This happens whenever the server looks for my info on where i am in the server.
What server did you get this issue on? any server does this, even on rockstar gta 5 version.

.dmp files/report IDs i have none, i reset everything

Also add what you already tried so far. Just lower settings and reinstalling files.
