A city hand crafted by the team at Billy Kimble Studios includes over 500 changes to the base QBCore framework. 200+ new vehicles, completely customisable houses and businesses that you can customise with furniture and decorations! We allow our players to make this city their own with custom requests, ideas and teamwork throughout the whole community to improve the server as a whole! All players have the opportunity to purchase their own property within the city of Kimbleswood and this can be done anywhere and everywhere. Weâre not just talking about buildings here, if you want to own a container which you can customise then our Real Estate team can help with that!
The housing plugin we use is called qs-housing and itâs an amazing resource used with our fantastic Real Estate team to produce some realistic property prices based on the area you want to purchase.
All properties purchased are completely enterable whether or not they are customised or GTA base game assets. You want to own it? You can get it, it just might cost you some money in city! You can even invite your friends into your house!
All properties purchased can be customised with furniture and decorations. These decorations and furnishings can be used in a variety of different ways, for example, are you looking for more storage? You can purchase a cupboard, wardrobe or even a military crate to decorate and open up your storage options.
With this city being based from the QBCore framework we have access to a number of methods of interaction, a fantastic multicharacter menu and a heavily improved library of jobs!

Everyone in city is encouraged to have a friendly attitude and never break Roleplay so you can always expect a one of a kind experience every time you play!
Worried about the features drying up or getting boring - DONâT BE! We have 2 types of updates we bring to city. Weekly Updates and Major Updates
Every week we release a brand new âWeekly Updateâ which can include anything from quick fixes, quick additions and new vehicles all the way up to new jobs, businesses, clothing and buildings⌠the list goes on!
Our âMajor Updatesâ are when the game feels completely new! In the background over a number of weeks/months weâre always working on some major changes/overhauls. Currently we have a number of Major Updates in the works which weâre eager to get tested and added into the city - Did someone say âCompletely Custom Combat Systemâ⌠or was it âComplete Skills Overhaulâ that I heard?!? HmmmâŚ
The first thing youâll do in city is want to head to the city hall and pickup a job. Either that or go and communicate with people around the city - If youâve got a phone, post something on twitter and try to meet some people. Chatting with people is the quickest way of learning how the city is run and whatâs currently the best use of your time!
Once youâve got a job secured, thatâs awesome! Next up youâll want to establish some friends, people you can always go to when you have a question!
Best thing to do now is further establish your role in the city, looking to join PD? A gang? Work for EMS? Try and get a word in with someone involved in where you want to be and see if you can join them!
Later down the line once youâre established in the city, seem to have a handle on things and are working toward security you can start looking at running your own business, buying some property or if youâre heading more down the illegal route, establishing a gang yourself!
