On your granted assets page you can click the arrow next to download and select to transfer an asset.
Enter the name of the other account, and after pressing Transer Asset License accept the confirmation in your email.
Please note that an asset can only be transfered once.
That is the problem that I have some that I cannot send, and I want to change everything to a new account
