Just having an issue with my Patreon Linking to my FiveM Forum Account.

Emails are the same, I have Patreon linked with my Forum Account but It wont show up in Keymaster that I have Element Club Argentum.
Also on my Forum account it keeps showing my old email don’t know how to delete that but the email in this account
