I am writing to express my deep frustration with the support and service I have received regarding Keymaster and brand protection policies. Since my server has been closed since August 26th, I have been trying to reach out to support via email at support@cfx.re, but have yet to receive a response. The communication process has been exceedingly difficult and ineffective.
Despite the suspension of my key, I continue to receive the monthly charges on the 1st of each month. This situation reflects a clear disregard for server owners and players. The lack of adequate support, detailed information, and response from your team is not only frustrating but also feels like an abuse of the service.
It is apparent that the current state of FiveM is leaning towards dismantling and disorganization. There is a noticeable decline in support quality, with vague information and inadequate responses to critical issues. This situation raises concerns about the future of FiveM and its new administration.
Moreover, the fact that Brazilian servers often use invalid keys or create new accounts to bypass restrictions is troubling. This indicates a broader issue with enforcement and a lack of proper support for legitimate server owners.
Given these issues, I advise potential and current FiveM users to carefully consider whether it is worth continuing to invest in the platform. The risk of sudden bans or suspensions without adequate support could impact your operations significantly.
