I am having the same issue and it’s crazy because I transferred one just fine, but trying to transfer another I am not receiving any confirmation email…I’ve checked spam and everything…I really hope someone finds a solution for this

I have a bigger problem, I can’t send anything, it keeps saying “Asset can’t be transferred”. I asked for support but they don’t look at it either, What are we going to do?

I managed to fix this by cancelling the transfer and having them re send it

Yeah i am having this same issue with is saying the asset cannot be transferred. Can anyone help?
An asset can only be transferred once. So if it was transferred to you, you can’t transfer it again.

If i got 1 asset i never can transfer them to other account? Money lost?
