Keymaster confusion

I have several assets that I bought and transferred to one server owner and I have a couple of issues that I’m hoping to get help resolving. This seems like the only way to request help, but if I’m missing something, hopefully someone will point me in the right direction.

First - somehow I’ve ended up with two registered emails on Cfx. When I do a search on both email accounts, I have emails showing asset transfer request confirmation emails for the same assets sent to both email accounts - but when I log into both accounts in keymaster, the list of my assets no longer appears on either one. I’d like to manage my assets, so I’m hoping to get some assistance in getting them to show up again, and cancel one of the accounts to avoid this confusion in the future.

Second, I’d like to confirm the process of transferring assets. If I originally transferred an asset to one server, but decide to leave that server to play on another, can I ask the first server owner to transfer the asset back to me so that I can re-transfer to the new server?

Well, you can ask. If they refuse, you’re pretty much S.O.L. as you really have no recourse. Once transfer resources, they are the registered owner.

Assets can only be transfered once, even if the owner wanted to give the asset back, he couldn’t

Oh, yeah… Well, that settles that.

There is only one way (that is not guaranteed to work):

  • You ask the store owner kindly to transfer it back.
  • You let your buddy (who currently has the license) to confirm this with the store owner.
  • Hope that the store owner is kind enough to send a request to Tebex.
  • Hope that Tebex goes through with it.

This is how I handle it. As long as both users agree with a transfer back to the og account, I will forward it to Tebex (we cannot do this on our own anymore as the system was abused too much).
