about 2 hours ago now someone sent an asset to me but i still have not recieved it on my keymaster, and my email is empty aswell…, what could be the issue and how do i resolve it

Hi there, the person who is sending the asset needs to approve it in their email. Then you must go into KeyMaster and to granted assets and then scroll to the bottom then you can approve the transfer and that’s that!

I am in the same position. I purchased 2 scripts and trying to transfer them, i am not getting any email to approve the transfer, nor is the person Im sending to getting anything on their end. Nor can I scroll anywhere on my keymaster account.
Any suggetions

Try resending it, then check your email, and Junk email
