What have you tried already to fix the issue?

thats the error ive deleted different files like said on youttube idk whats going on at all
last thing i changed was the dirrect from 11 to 10 i was trying to fix my game from being
so lagging after that it never opened even after i reinstalled idk whats going on. My gta 5 opens regular.
i cant even open fivem to click on a server close so fast.

What server did you get this issue on?

Cant even open fivem any more it closes as soon as i open it
