i already reinstall fivem for like 3 times and still the same

Im having the same issue. It was working fine for the last few days

Mine works fine if I remove any save files from the CitizenFX Gta V folder, so try that if you’re not bothered about playing on a save.

so all i need to do is remove any saved files from the citizenfx-gta5 folders? the file that says SGTA50000 etc?

sorry for the late reply. that is what worked for me, the downside is that you cant play on the same save for too long and have to restart.
