Actually when I make a cooldown I cant make another cooldown.
How would I add a peacetime command where it would have a peace time like cooldown but where it stays until I disable it or anyone in the server like if there is to many priorities over and over after each cooldown without being a admin so that no one can do priorities until I or anyone disables peacetime?
