So you took someone’s else’s designs, whacked them on a model, and were like “yeah I can sell this to people”?

I’m a 3D artist that sells the 3D model with a help of a royalty free asset (the artworks). If you’re too sad about the designs, sure i design them next time. hours of work went into this to just “whacked them on a model”. if people think it’s not worth it, they wont buy them. Thank you for trying to dump a new creator.

I am not “dumping a new creator”. I was under the impression after finding where you took this artwork from that you’ve stolen someone else’s work and selling it without their permission.

Every search where I found the assets you used for those shirts was not royalty free. They were all paid and owned by another artist. Where did you purchase the license to use the artwork?

And with that you’ve exposed your lack of understanding of licensing. It’s not about me being mad, you do realise this right? If you spent the time creating three seperate, beautiful pieces of artwork, only for someone to steal it, and re-sell your work - you would be rightfully annoyed. Not only that, but anyone selling an iteration of your artwork would be liable to your licensing.

So, now you’ve admitted they’re stolen art and not royalty free assets, remove your tebex listing.

yeah i admit i made a mistake. i didn’t know licensing worked that way. i’m fixing it.

Great.

Don’t take what I said as me disparaging your efforts - the worst case scenario from this was those artists sued you for re-selling their work. That didn’t happen in this case. I’m excited to see what you come up with for your designs, good luck.
