Also add what you already tried so far.

In GTA V Normal it also didn’t allow me to modify micro settings, I went to GTA v Offline, and if I let it configure micro, and the configuration was copied to ONLINE, and it works, but within Fivem it doesn’t let me adjust microphone, it worked perfectly 1 year, now suddenly this happened.

The micro works everywhere.
