Delete the resident.rpf file completely, verify your game files to have a good version downloaded and use another means to achieve whatever you tried to do

Okay thank you it worked. Would you happen to know the solution for my additional notes also?

Like the message says, “Make sure to use the mods folder to place your custom modified files”. It should be in your FiveM install under AppData somewhere
