FiveM devs have stopped supporting Windows 7 a while ago, your best bet is upgrading your OS or just simply not playing, there’s nothing else you can do since FiveM requires you to have the most up to-date/recent launcher version.

FiveM still works fine on clean, updated Windows 7 installs. This, however, reeks more of a corrupted OS installation.

Could’ve swore I read that support for Windows 7 was done with?
