Issue with Redm app not working correctly with my graphic card, very slow and lagging

What is the issue you’re having?

Hey, this morning i tried log for first time in the GGI Equestrian server, it worked but my redm app window was small, i ignored it and created my character, than the server restarted, so i logged back in and tried go to settings to change resolution and tryin to put the app in full screen, but didnt work, so i started tweakin other settings and once i clicked in advaned on direct x it crashed, and i was not able to open redm after i was seein error that environment issue breaking direct x graphics infrastructure ( DXGI) as show on the image added, so i tried unnistal redm, i updated graphic driver, validated game files jn steam for rdr2 online, restarted pc, went into system settings for graphics to apply for each application ( redm & rdr2 & steam & rockstar ) preffered graphic card the rtx 3060, it still gave the error on starting redm app so i tried deactivate my basic graphic card in device manager, which did help to open redm app but it is very slow and laggy - Screen capture - Task Manager - Gyazo , so i tried log in the server it worled but its unplayable, qnd in the morning it was nothing like that, my normal rdr2 online runs on ultra without lag, i also tried change in settings to show the game in window and that allowed me to somewhat make the window bigger, but even if settings are set to reccomended settings or minimum settings with all on low or off, its slow laggy like slow motions, i spent about 6hours today trying to fix this but nothing seems to help, tried also changing the direct x to vulkan, tried reinstall all multiple times and nothing helps. Please i am desperate help me. Thank you
