Issue with fivem keymaster and server firewall

Hello everyone,

need help :smiley: I have a problem with the Fivem keymaster authentication.

When I turn on the firewall from the server, the authentication with the keymaster does not work.

When the firewall is turned off everything works fine

any idea ?

Hello Gam1ngCouCh,

you need to allow fivem in your firewall for outgoing. In your current configuration, the machine is able to get the request but not request any requests on port 30120 and 30110 TCP/UDP (or sending the server heartbeat).

i don’t have rules for outgoing ports all its free :slight_smile:

i filter only incoming traffic

Hello Gam1ngCouCh,

strange, but can you still try to create a rule for outgoing connections? Have you already tested the port from the outside to make sure it is open and accessible?
