“Linked email” is “None” as you can see, make sure your Cfx.re account email and your Patreon account email are the same; if so, verify your pledge wasn’t suspended, and then just wait - it takes up to 6 hours to sync
I did not receive an email informing me that my sponsorship had been discontinued. I paid for one year in May last year. Do I need to synchronize it?
And if you link Factorion with Key Master, it says None.
Check your Patreon profile to see if the pledge is still active, if it’s not you have to figure it out with them - Cfx.re and Patreon are two entirely separate organizations
