Is there any resource that allows admins to privately contact players?

I am setting up a server and am looking for a resource that would allow me and the admins to privately message players in game.

Is there any resource that does this?

I haven’t seen an admin-specific pm resource recently but there’s plenty of older ones that Google shows(example). Any of them would be back up and running with just a few changes.
