I have played on a server for a while now called BackInBloodRP although, recently I have discovered that one of the server owners is a homophobe

While not the most tasteful choice of words, definitely not bannable.

People’s feelings aren’t covered in the ToS.

I suggest just find another community that is more inline with your wants and needs as there won’t be anything of it.

FiveM does not police what is said on Discord servers, you can take it up to Discord’s moderation team for that

Exactly as AGW said, that’s not exactly a fivem issue. Find another community and server that’s respectful of LGBTQIA++ and play there. You don’t need to engage in that child play.
