Is it safe?

is it safe to make a server from your computer with no host and port forward with your router?

Well, it’ll be easier to DDoS that way, but assuming you are not planning on running a “big” community it should work fine enough.

im planning on making a decent sized server like 32 people to like 60 maybe somewhere arround that area

I’d say get an external host then. With that amount of people you’ll likely get some douchebags who’ll try to DDoS / otherwise hack or break your server. I recommend leaving the aftermath to some 3rd-party provider
Zap-hosting is the “certified” provider of FiveM servers, so try them first.

Like _4iy said, Being DDOS’d, It’s not fun for you or the players. (It only takes one salty human)
Hardware, If your hardware is constantly being used within your PC you’re reducing the life span potentially.

I mean personally I wouldn’t use Zap but it depends on your budget, I use a VPS for testing and I have a dedicated server for the live server.
