I would like to know if it is possible to play offline mode (story mode) with mods. I also wanted to know how it is possible to know if the mod was loaded or not.
no, not possible, mods have to be installed in main gta 5 directory, tho plugins can work but only .ASI ones (so no scripthook, you have to make a server for that with sv_scripthookenabled or some shit)
