Is it normal to take time to answer?

I hope you’re all doing well. I recently submitted a support ticket to cfx regarding an issue I’m experiencing, and I was wondering if it’s normal for support tickets to take some time to receive a response.

I understand that support teams can be busy, but I wanted to get a sense of what the typical response time is like for others who have dealt with similar situations. Has anyone here had experience with Cfx’s support response times?

Any insights or tips you can provide would be greatly appreciated. Thank you in advance for your assistance!

Yes, it will take time.

There is a very high volume of tickets that go through and it will take time for them to reach yours.

I wish I could give you a general response time but it’s different for everyone :person_shrugging:
