I have this problem but my friend use the same hosting Servies and i can connect to his just fine

The reason for this is the hosting service you have chosen has probably stated they host FiveM Server and they have Pre-Configured Servers, I believe this is against FiveM’s rules as that is what it seems to say to me, although I could be wrong but I will still send in my opinion.
