My inventory does not run properly as fivem is updated. The scroll bars to go down, but it stops.

This is a problem with a resource on the server you’re playing on, not FiveM. Please notify the owners of the server you’re playing on so that they can fix the issue.

Suddenly I woke up and changed to that way.
It is server sided from what I can see - Speak to the developers / owners of the server 
I fixed this error. Thanks for the answer.
