Introducing the Cfx.re Portal

Hi everyone,

We are thrilled to introduce the launch of our new hub for server owners and creators: the Cfx.re Portal!

Portal is a web experience designed from the ground up by the Cfx.re team to better manage your FiveM/RedM servers, creations, and subscriptions via a simplified, intuitive interface.

Portal enables a centralized hub for all your needs, driven by feedback we’ve received from our community. Building this improved solution involved rebuilding Keymaster from scratch and designing simplified flows to improve the user experience related to server and asset management. The development of the Portal also lays the foundations for additional features and functionality to make the player, creator, and server owner experience more seamless and intuitive.

Migrating subscriptions from Patreon to Portal

As part of Portal’s launch, we will be transitioning subscriptions away from Patreon, and will no longer accept new memberships via Patreon as of December 2nd, 2024. By transitioning to the Cfx.re Portal, where you now can manage your subscription alongside your servers and assets, we will be able to provide a more streamlined and integrated experience for our community.

To ensure a smooth transition for our Patreon patrons, we will continue to support existing Patreon subscriptions until December 1st, 2025 and periodic reminders will be sent to remaining subscribers through various channels. In addition, Keymaster will be gradually deprecated as part of this rollout.

We made support articles to guide you through the migration process and all of Portal features, and we have created a dedicated support contact form to help with Portal subscriptions. For further assistance with your Patreon subscription, please refer to their Help Center.

As always, your feedback is super valuable! We have setup a dedicated channel in our Discord server named #portal-feedback where you can create a new thread to share feedback and suggestions.

Note that we may not reply to everything, but we will surely read each one of your comments!

Migrating subscriptions from Patreon to Portal

Finally we have a first-party subscription option. Hopefully, this will clear the confusion people kept having with Patreon (especially removing the element club benefits immediatelly after cancelling a subscription).

Maybe we can see boosts being added to the Portal as well?

Includes VAT, it’s the same price. Assume they are using the Tebex API for pricing which includes it. Patreon says (+ VAT) if you look closely.

Prices displayed on Portal includes taxes, while it doesn’t on Patreon until you are in the checkout page - subscription prices remained the same
