The internet returns to normal upon exiting FiveM, and this only happens with FiveM

Sounds like a wifi issue not a fivem issue, try hooking it up with a cable.

I open many games and the Internet works very efficiently with everything except FiveM

well as u can see from the error message the client connection to the server timed out, meaning the connection to the server was lost.

Yes, the Internet is disconnected after entering the server

So try it with putting in a CAT-5 connection cable from ur router/modem to see if the issue persists that way u can find out wheter its ur wifi thats the issue, or the actual connection.
