Internet basicly stops working when in Servers

What did you do to get this issue? Join a server
What server did you get this issue on? Every server except one

Which antivirus/firewall software are you using?
Did you try to disable/uninstall your Anti-virus?

So,

Everytime im on a Server i get extreme high Ping(1000+).
My internet is not bad and this is the only game where i get this high ping.
Theres only one server where i dont get this high ping. Fivem is extremly unplayable for me.
All Servers i play on are Hosted in germany Including the on where i dont get high ping
